Lenten Retreat

March 24-26, 2017

The Challenge of Holy Week

Lenten Direction from Saint Paul

Prior Bradley Jenniges, O.S.B.

In his letters to Christian communities, the Apostle Paul gave encouragement, explained matters of faith and practice, and built up communal practices. What might Saint Paul say to us today during this season of renewal of our personal relationships to Christ and as we seek the renewal of our Church communities?

Father Bradley Jenniges, O.S.B., grew up in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and was educated at the University of Minnesota.  He professed vows as a monk of Saint John’s Abbey in 1992. He has worked in Physical Plant Office, IT Services, and the Abbey Business Office. Following theological studies and his ordination in 2014, Father Brad served as a parochial vicar and currently serves as prior of Saint John’s Abbey.

The retreat starts with supper on Friday at 5:30 p.m. and concludes after lunch on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. The cost is $195 for a single room, and $340 for a double room ($170 per person).
