Brother Kelly Ryan OSB
Brother Kelly, who hales from Hutchinson, Kansas, entered the monastery in 1963. His first major assignment was to teach Spanish in the Saint John's Preparatory School.
Perhaps because of his reliability and reputation for being even-tempered, he has served as Secretary to the Abbot for the last three Saint John's abbots.
