15th Sunday in Ordinary Time: Tekakwitha Center for Religious Education
The Tekakwitha Center is the religious education program of a cluster of parishes on or near the White Earth Reservation. They strive to be a community in which elders are respected, families are supported, life is celebrated, and youth challenged by strong faith values and respect for life. Served by the Oblates of Mary Immaculate and trained Native American parish ministers, for many years these parishes were served by the monastic communities of Saint John’s and Saint Benedict’s.
