Welcome
Worship
is an ecumenical journal devoted to the study of liturgical theology
and practice. Concerned with the interface of Christianity and culture,
it appraises the liturgy as the major cultural expression of Christianity
in the world today. It seeks to reflect on the role that the various
theological disciplines, as well as the arts and social sciences,
play in shaping Christian worship and the lives of worshipping Christians
in the world.
Founded in 1926
by Virgil Michel, O.S.B., Worship is published
bimonthly, in January, March, May, July, September, and November,
at Collegeville, Minnesota 56321, by the monks of Saint
John's Abbey. Each issue contains ninety-six pages. Articles are
abstracted and indexed in Religious and Theological Abstracts
and are available on microfilm from Ann Arbor, Michigan.

accepts full page, half page, and quarter page ads. All copy is set
by the printer according to Worship style in Palatino
Linotype. Rates: Full page - $400; half page - $325; quarter page
- $295. Reservations and copy must be received by the fifteenth of
the second month preceding the month of issue; i.e., January 15th

Worship
also publishes news of seminars, publications, workshops, or other
programs or features in a special section of the periodical. Copy
is limited to 100 words and a fee of $50 is required to defray editorial
and typesetting cost. Payment must accompany the copy. Deadline for
